Do you employ 5 or more people? This can include full time staff, part time staff and volunteers.
If so, funding is available to support leaders and managers develop their marketing capability. You can use this funding to receive, practical onsite marketing support to develop your marketing skills and focus your marketing activity.

If you employ 5 - 249 people you can support up to 7 leaders / key managers. The maximum grant is £7,000 (£1,000 per individual).
If you employ 250-299 people you can support up to 6 leaders / key managers. The maximum grant is £6,000 (£1,000 per individual).
The funding is available to the MD, Director and any key manager within the company. The individual can manage people or function. For voluntary organisations the funding can be used for volunteers at Director level.
The first grant of £500 requires no match funding and must benefit the leader / key manager.
Beyond that the company must provide match funding to draw down the grant.
